When a fire erupted near the stove, Erica's kitchen in South Keys, Ottawa, suffered extensive smoke and soot damage. The once-functional space became uninhabitable, prompting the need for comprehensive fire damage restoration. Collaborating closely with Erica's insurance provider, MM Brothers Kitchen & Bath undertook the task of restoring and renovating the kitchen to its former glory.
Our team initiated the process by meticulously cleaning the affected areas, removing soot, and addressing smoke odors. The existing Black Pearl granite countertops were carefully salvaged, refinished, and resealed to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. This thorough approach laid a solid foundation for the subsequent renovation phases.
Erica was invited to our Ottawa showroom to select new materials and finishes. She chose sleek, glossy white flat-panel cabinets that provided a modern contrast to the dark countertops. Our skilled craftsmen installed the new cabinetry and fixtures with precision, transforming the kitchen into a contemporary and functional space.
